For the grade seven science lesson, I am showing a video clip from you tube that explains and demonstrates the effects of erosion and the formation of current landforms such as caves . Once the students view the beginning of the video, I will get the students to hypothesize what will happen, carry out hte experiment in the video and then watch the remaining of the video.
Planning and Prep
For this video clip I will make sure that I have the materials needed for the students to do the same experiment that video clip goes through. I will not show the result of the video clip as I will get the students to hypothesize and carry out their investigation. Once their assignment is completed I will finish the video clip. I will make sure that I have the correct URL address written down in an email or other text to hyperlink to the video clip. I will also make sure that the video clip works before presenting it to my students.
